At the time of my mother's passing, we were left with the job of selling the home we grew up in and it was heartbreaking for the siblings who had so many wonderful memories of growing up in the house. Tracy did everything to make the experience easier for us. She answered our many questions, tracked down all sorts of information and even found someone to get rid of a huge branch that had fallen in the yard and needed to be removed. She guided me through the negotiations and, once we had a contract, she helped with the signing of multiple addendums to the contract. She made the whole process flow smoothly. We now consider her a member of the family--she is caring, prompt to respond, looks out for her clients and is an all-around good person. I wish I could give her more than five stars in my rating; she deserves so many more than that!
